Spears held in the off hand play the charging animation when using items in the main hand.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Hold a spear in your off hand and a shield in your main hand.

2. Switch to third person, begin using your shield, and watch the spear held in your off hand closely.

Observed Behavior:

Spears held in the off hand play the charging animation when using items in the main hand.

Expected Behavior:

Spears held in the off hand would not play the charging animation when using items in the main hand.
