The hand animation no longer plays when taking or swapping items from shelves

The Bug:

The hand animation no longer plays when taking or swapping items from shelves.

I suspect this is caused by the fix of MC-301754.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place an item onto a shelf.

2. Take the item off the sheld and watch your hand closely as you do this.

Observed Behavior:

The hand animation no longer plays when taking or swapping items from shelves.

Expected Behavior:

The hand animation would play when taking or swapping items from shelves.
