Text widget width within dialogs does not update when the contents are shorter than the maximum width

To reproduce, run this command:

/dialog show @s {type:notice,title:"",body:{type:plain_message,width:350,contents:"Plain message text"},pause:false}

Then click on the text to focus the widget and show its size.
