To reproduce, run this command:
/dialog show @s {type:notice,title:"",body:{type:plain_message,width:350,contents:"Plain message text"},pause:false}
Then click on the text to focus the widget and show its size.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
