Spear jabbing sound playing in Spectator

In Spectator mode, the spear jabbing sound plays when left-clicking with a spear despite not being able to use the item.

As of reporting this bug, the search function of the Bug Tracker is broken, so I apologize if this is a duplicated bug.

Steps to reproduce

1. Obtain a spear of any tier, either through the Creative inventory or crafting one.

2. While holding the spear, switch to Spectator mode, either through F3+F4 or /gamemode spectator.

3. Left-click.

Expected result

Nothing happens.

Actual result

The “spear jabs” sound plays.
