Tall Plant Blocks

I was placing the new packed ice blocks when I noticed that one of them was floating and on closer inspection I realized a block was floating instead of simply replacing a grass block. And then I realized that it had latched to the side of a tall grass block, after a few tests I came to the conclusion that this happens on all the new tall plant blocks.
