Ominous banners generated as part of pillager outposts show their banner patterns on their tooltip

Go to the pillager outpost and use the middle mouse button to select or dig up the dropped pillager banner. As shown in the left picture, a detailed but incomplete crafting method is provided. Killing a pillager captain drops the pillager banner as shown in the right picture, without any crafting method or additional information. The number of tags on both banners is the same.

I think the flag on top of the pillager outpost should match the flag on the pillager itself, because the flag recipe on the outpost is not complete. I believe this is a mistake.
