Players cannot sneak to the very edges of blocks while movement keys are held

The Bug:

Players cannot sneak to the very edges of blocks while movement keys are held.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place an isolated block in the air and enable to F3 debug screen so you can see your coordinates.

2. Stand on the block and sneak the very edge of it.

3. Let go of your movement keys and observe how you move ever so slightly.

4. If you’re confident you didn’t move, repeat the above steps until you successfully reproduce.

Observed Behavior:

Players only sneak to the very edges of blocks when they let go of their movement keys.

Expected Behavior:

Players would be able to sneak to the very edges of blocks regardless if movement keys are held or not.
