[MC-303588] found a bug that can give you double jump, its very deadly for pvps and it's used to jump over 2 blocks

i found a bug that helps you to climb 2 blocks and it’s making it unfair to play, it also works for muiltiplayer to see if it works press f and q as fast as u can and u will see 2 items in ur hotbar 1 of them is real and one of them is ghost block which is helpful for escaping from someone and i dont want it to be spreaded and want to pvp fairly,

Edition: Minecraft: Java Edition
Version: 1.21.10 (occurs in all tested versions)
Operating System: all of them
Server: Vanilla multiplayer server, version 1.21.10
Mods/Resource Packs: None (Vanilla)
Notes: Bug occurs in multiplayer, creates temporary ghost blocks that allow extra mid-air jumps or partial flight. Works across multiple versions.
