In Minecraft: Java Edition 1.21.10, villager trade prices stay the same even after doing the same trade many times in a row. Normally, their prices should go up because of higher demand, but they don’t unless I hit the villager.
I tested this with several different villagers and trades (for example, Fletcher for sticks and Librarian for paper). Even after closing and reopening the world, prices stayed low. Only when I attacked a villager did the prices finally increase.
Steps to Reproduce:
Trade the same item repeatedly with any villager.
Watch that prices do not rise.
Hit the villager once.
Prices suddenly increase.
Expected Result:
Villager prices should increase slightly when trading the same item too often.
Actual Result:
Prices remain the same until the villager is attacked.
