Minecraft just freezes after playing the game for the first time during startup

Hi there, I started up my computer for example, and launched Minecraft: Java Edition to play the game. During the gameplay for the first few minutes, suddenly the game freezes for several seconds before the sounds of block placements, mobs, ambients, music, etc. can be heard, but the game is not responding still. This keeps happening in newer versions of Minecraft, and every time for the first when I played the game after computer startup for example, and I really don’t know how to fix this. Can someone fix this weird bug for me please, so I don’t get the game frozen again and again for the first time?
