Resource Pack will change reset its on/off state, when Changing Window Size

When I maximize the Window, after adding/removing a Resource Pack, without pressing "done", The activated Resource Packs are the same, without toggling the resource packs around.

Windows 7 Pro 64bit, Java 7.0.250.16
