Enchantments on spears held in the off hand do not affect loot dropped from mobs killed by charging with said spears

If you equip a spear with Fire Aspect and/or Looting in your off hand, the enchantments do not affect the loot dropped by mobs if they aren’t also present on the item held in the main hand.

How to reproduce:

1. Give yourself a spear enchanted with Fire Aspect and Looting.

2. Equip the spear in your off hand.

3. Summon a chicken.

4. Charge at it with the spear from your off hand.
   -> ❌ 1 raw chicken and up to 2 feathers are dropped.

Expected result:

Enchantments on spears held in the off hand would influence loot dropped from mobs killed by charge attacks performed using said spears.

Observed result:

Enchantments on spears held in the off hand do not influence loot dropped from mobs killed by charge attacks performed using said spears.
