Entities dismounting boats can be placed inside dangerous blocks

Normally, when dismounting a boat it checks if there is any dry land immediately around the player to see if it can deploy them there. Otherwise, it puts them on top of the boat instead.
However if a player dismounts while facing a 1 block deep lava pool, this check is ignored and can send them into the lava instead of on the boat or adjacent dry blocks.
