This report details an extremely rare World Generation Glitch where a diamond ore block is completely surrounded and trapped by Bedrock blocks, making it impossible to mine in Survival Mode.
World Information:
Minecraft Version: Java Edition 1.21.10

5665209902302278679Exact Location of Glitch: X: -188, Y: -60, Z: 237
Steps to Reproduce:
Launch Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.10.
Create a new single-player world using the Seed:
5665209902302278679.Use the command
/tp -188 -60 237to reach the exact location.In Creative Mode or using X-ray, inspect the area.
A single Diamond Ore block will be found at Y: -60, completely surrounded by Bedrock blocks (Y: -64 layer boundary), rendering it permanently unmineable.
Expected Result: Diamond Ore blocks should only generate in positions where they can be accessed or mined, and should not be fully sealed by Bedrock blocks, which is an unmineable structure.
Actual Result: A Diamond Ore block is generated in a position that results in it being fully sealed by Bedrock blocks, rendering it an unmineable structure.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
A world which had previously been opened with a modified client might be corrupted. Please try reproducing the issue in a newly generated world.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers like Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
