Spear charged attack triggers left-click interaction event of interaction entities

Related to the fix of MC-304095.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. /summon interaction

2. Get a spear.

3. Charge the spear and run towards the interaction to perform a charge attack.

4. /data get entity @n[type=interaction]

5. The attack NBT field is filled. ❌

Expected Behavior:

According to 1.19.4 changelog, interaction entity is:

A new type of entity that records attacks ("left clicks") and interactions ("right clicks").

Charged attack should either trigger nothing or trigger right-click interaction event, because charged attack is triggered by right-click.

Observed Behavior:

Charged attack triggers left-click interaction event.
