Arms are not correct when holding a spear in both hands

In the third person perspective,the left hand holds the spear, and the right hand also holds the spear.

Expected result:

It should be consistent with the left hand. When the left button attacks,the spear should thrust toward where the player is looking.

Actual result:

The right arm is not aligned with the left arm. When attacking with the left button, the spear only thrusts downward.
