[MC-304889] Snow golems don't burn in jungles

I've seen many times how a snow golem doesn't burn in the jungle. I thought, why not send it to you?

Environment

1. Summon a snow golem to the jungle.
Result: The snow golem doesn't burn in the jungle.

I think golems should not burn in jungle, because jungle’s temperature is 0.95 and to die it must be greater than 1.0. I think is intended.

However, the snow trail should not be generated, thats the bug.
