[MC-305331] An additional trigger is triggered at a certain position of the rail minecart

As seen in the video,the minecart was activated when it passed by the position next to the detector rail,this means that if I use a hopper, an additional item will be drawn up.In addition, tests have been conducted in different orientations of east, south, west and north, but this bug still exists.This issue only exists at this relative position. For the time being, there is no problem at other positions.This issue was discovered by accident in version 1.21.4 and persisted until version 1.21.11.

I created an animation of the minecart's actual movement. The minecart doesn't perfectly follow the track's trajectory during the first gt after entering the rails, causing this phenomenon.

Only the first gt in entering the rail does not match the rail position; If the speed is slowed down, the bug will be small enough not to trigger the adjacent sensing rail.
