After curing a villager from zombification for a second time, their discounts will no longer decrease more then they where after the first curing.

The “bug” has been in the game for so long that is has been considered as a feature by all minecraft players. It would be like removing the nether roof on java. I simply don't see how this change would cause any players to be happier; they would be upset or confused. I had wasted a lot of time and ressources until I eventually realized this feature was removed. I would recommend reviewing this game change.
This was originally a bug as stated in MC-181190, which has been fixed. The behavior you are experiencing is intended.
