When ever you kill a breeze, it will never drop a windcharge. Only a breeze rod. I have killed 27 breezes accrose 2 trial chambers, and have no windcharges.

@Leo it’s normal. The loot table of the breeze will drop breeeze rods. If you want windcharges. Just put this breeze rod in a crafting zone
Or if you want breezes to drop wind charges, just go to the suggestion sections.

However, this issue is Working As Intended.
Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
The Breeze drops between 1-2 Breeze Rods. Looting will cause it to drop 1-2 additional. Breeze Rods can be crafted into Wind Charges, and is used as a crafting ingredient for the Mace.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, Redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
