Programmer art and High contrast resource pack is outdated

According to the list of resource packs, the built-in “Programmer art” and “High Contrast” resource packs are for an outdated version of the game. You’re still able to use them, and they work fine, however it still refers to it as an outdated version. I don’t think it’s supposed to be this way, though I could be wrong.
