Wandering traders sell pumpkins instead of kelp for 3 emeralds

In 1.21.11 and below, wandering traders can sell kelp for 3 emeralds. In the recent snapshots, they instead sell pumpkins for 3 emeralds. (They can also still sell pumpkins for 1 emerald.)
