Fishing water particles show on land

Water particles should be shown only above the water when I am fishing but they are shown above other blocks too.

Updated description to make this easier to find.

In addition, the particles made by a fish approaching a lure can appear on land. Fish do not swim on land.

Confirmed.

I just added three more of my own pictures I took while on survival. One or two show the fish "swimming" on land toward the bobber.

Happens with the random "splashes" but also the "here comes the fish" trail, whatever that is called.

"Seems" to be fixed in 15w45a

Fix confirmed between 1.8.x and 15w45a.
There are sometimes single splashes on the land, but the fish trail is limited to the water.
