How to Reproduce
Summon a new wandering trader, and use water bottle to buy emerald.
This step needs to be done on both 1.21.11 and 26.1 Snapshot 2, please notice the max trading amount for water bottle.
Expected Result
Whether in 1.21.11 or 26.1 Snapshot 2, The wandering trader has the same max trading amount for water bottle.
Observed Result
In 1.21.11, the wandering trader can buy 2 water bottle.
In 26.1 Snapshot 2, the wandering trader can buy 12 water bottle.
