Dropped items with the `item_model` component set to the model of an unenchantable item don't show the enchantment glint

Summary says it all.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Type this command: /give @s minecraft:music_disc_13[item_model=sunflower,enchantments={protection:1}]

  2. Observe as the item in your inventory does have an enchantment glint effect.

  3. Drop the item on the ground.

  4. Observe as the item on the ground does not have an enchantment glint effect.

The same can be observed when using the enchantment_glint_override component instead of real enchantments.

If the item model is something that can be enchanted, such as a piece of armour, the enchantment glint shows as expected. This bug only seems to affect items that are not enchantable.
