Upon loading a world all villagers cease to perform their normal functions correctly and forget their professions unless already locked in from trading. I have noticed this affecting crop farms, iron farms and villager breeders.
In the case of crop farms and villager breeders, on reloading the world, farmer villagers will cease harvesting crops, despite there being no change to their work station/accessibility. This results in crops remaining fully grown and not being harvested.
In iron farms, the villagers cease to produce iron farms once the world has been reloaded. I fixed this by replacing their beds, but when I reloaded the world again the problem repeated.
Villagers also seem to lose their profession unless it is already locked in via trading. In several of my crop farms and villager breeders, the farmer villagers reverted back to villagers with no profession upon reloading of my world. This happened every time I reloaded the world until I locked in their profession by trading, despite the accessibility and availability of their work stations remaining constant throughout.
