When I spawn a chicken jockey using the command /summon chicken ~ ~ ~ {IsBaby:1b, Passengers:[{id:"minecraft:zombie",IsBaby:1b}]} , it doesn't spawn like the new baby mobs; it spawns like the old baby mobs.
