I dont have access to my Java account at all and or verify that i even have it.

I was given mine craft (both bedrock and java) on 2/24/24

and i haven't had any issues with it since then until now. I tried logging into my Java account via the launcher and it couldn't connect to the verification servers. So i tried logging out and logging back in to find out that my bedrock account works, but not my java account. I do not have access to it anymore and it thinks i dont even have a java account. Help!
