Hostile mobs, when locked onto a Player, are unable to pathfind through Pointed Dripstone spikes in Dripstone Caves. Whilst the Pointed Dripstones form a maze-like area hostile mobs will try to walk towards a player despite the path being directly blocked by Pointed Dripstones. Even on single block high Pointed Dripstone hostile mobs are unable to climb over Pointed Dripstone when it is very much possible to climb over them (though this might be for the best as doing so might damage them).
Endermen, when teleporting on top of the Pointed Dripstone, will run in circles for about a second as they attack the player.
Environment
Naturally generated Dripstone Caves and possibly in player-made areas with maze-like structures consisting of Pointed Dripstone.
This affects two-block tall mobs, so most hostile mobs. Silverfish and Spiders I have not yet tested though Spiders might be able to circumvent this bug via their wall climbing ability.
