Dispensers, Droppers, and Pistons Get Stuck in Triggered State When Powered in a Certain Way

Steps to reproduce

1. Make the contraption as shown in the video

2. Place a powered redstone line one block above of any side of the dropper/dispenser/piston (Must be a redstone line, redstone source blocks do not work)

3. Update the said block by placing a block on any side of it

4. Break the placed update block, then break powered redstone (If redstone broken before the update block,

   dropper/dispenser/piston gets updated and becomes unpowered)
   

Additional Info

• Placing a powered or unpowered redstone dust above a block on the same level as the dropper/dispenser/piston also triggers it

• The issue persists after exiting and rejoining the world

Workaround

• Place the blocks on sides of the dropper/dispenser/piston before placing them

Expected Result

Dropper/Dispenser/Piston should remain unpowered

Actual Result

Dropper/Dispenser/Piston stays powered
