I've changed my Java name twice now and it won't change in game. Its stays the same from the first name I choose. I've signed out of my launcher and Microsoft account to try that and waited a day but I am unsure what to do now.

I dont know what environment means, but its I believe its either with Microsoft or Java

I am logged in on the same account with my launcher. I have a Radeon GPU, T-Force Ram, AMD ryzen 5 for the cpu. I tried reinstalling and updating my Java version.

Have you tried reinstalling the launcher and the Minecraft game? (Remember to create backup files before doing so.)
Have you tried installing the newest JDK Java version?
Are you logged in with the same account in Launcher, MS store and Xbox app?
Could you please include details about your device and system specifications (RAM, CPU, GPU)?
