[MC-306211] Structure Generation failed

Seed:-7452495027725513433,after I used “/locate structure minecraft:nether_fossil“ command, Indicates XYZ as 32 ~ 160, after TP reaches 32 ~ 160, not found Nether Fortress. it was also not found nearby this structure

I tested two game versions(1.21.10 and 1.21.11), and the problem exists in both.

Environment

Game version:1.21.10 and 1.21.11 server, System Version: Windows 11

You have reported a user error. The identifier of nether fortresses is minecraft:fortress.
