Glass bottles can only be filled if you don't have a water bottle in your inventory in creative mode

If you’re in creative mode and you try to fill a glass bottle with water while you already have a water bottle in your inventory, then nothing will happen. This seems to only happen with water, as potions don’t cause this glitch and honey isn’t affected in the same way.
