Game Becomes Just a Copy of Whatever is Behind It and Process goes to Sleep

Upon launching the game, the entire process just copies whatever is in the background and then becomes a sleeping process in System Monitor. The log does not have anything in it either. Happens on every Minecraft version from 1.20.2 onwards.
