When placing custom jigsaw structures with either commands or jigsaw blocks, the depth gets capped to 7 even though a higher depth might have been specified.
Steps to reproduce:
Generate a jigsaw structure with depth of 8 or more with jigsaw blocks turned on
Count the number of templates out from the origin template. The number will be 7
