Rain sound missing

Rain particles show while raining, but sound does not play. Particles were set to "ALL".

What I expected to happen was...:
Rain sound should play while rain is dropping

Rain was vewwy vewwy quiet

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start creative game
2. Turn on rainy weather
3. Fly around
