When trying to update a world that is currently in 1.21.10 to 1.21.11, basically every chunk gets a "Failed to load chunk at [x,y]".
It generates a log for every chunk in the world even though these chunks worked back in 1.21.10, even after using the "Optimize World" option. Every log comes with an error that says "java.io.IOException: Invalid tag id: 106".
The world was created back in 1.9, but never had this issue until now, even though I have played it on 1.9, 1.11, 1.12, 1.14, 1.16, 1.18, 1.20, and 1.21.4.
The files attached are just a couple logs from all the failed chunks.

The Environment field is supposed to only contain PC details.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your game, launcher, or server is modified. If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please create a new ticket.
Any nonstandard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
A world which had previously been opened with a modified client might be corrupted. Please try reproducing the issue in a newly generated world.
Any plugin issues need to be reported to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers such as Hypixel, please contact them first as they use modified server software.
