Chat draft is not saved after editing Debug Options

After opening and closing the debug edit menu (F3 + F6) while in the terminal, the command is lost. Other menus require pressing Esc to access when in chat, but the debug edit menu can open, closing the chat without saving a draft.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. In game, press / or T to open console

2. Start typing a command (/fill 24 62 -18 28 64 -16 minecraft:redstone[nor…)

3. Press F3 + F6 to edit the debug overlay

4. Exit the menu

5. Open chat

Expected Result:

Either of the following:

• The draft would be saved (/fill 24 62 -18 28 64 -16 minecraft:redstone[nor)

• The chat would still be open

Actual Result:

The chat has closed and no draft was saved.

Relevance:

When typing a command, info from the debug overlay is often needed, and if it is not visible in F3, you will need to use the edit menu, which currently wipes out the command.
