The text parts that go over the width of the textbox cannot be selected.

The bug:

The texts that go over the width of the textbox cannot be selected.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Find a textbox. (For example, the textbox for presets in the superflat presets interface.)

2. Type a long text in the textbox that goes over the width of it.

3. Scroll to the beginning of the long text.

4. Use the mouse to long press on the text and moving the mouse to the end of the textbox in order to select the parts of the text that goes over the textbox’s width.

Expected result:

The text will scroll automatically and make you to select those parts.

Actual result:

The text won’t scroll automatically. You cannot select those parts.
