Unemployed villagers will sometimes steal workstations from employed villagers

Short description of the issue;

Unemployed villagers will steal workstation blocks from employed villagers.

Steps to reproduce the issue;

Reference attachment for a working example.

1. Build an enclosure.

2. On one wall build a trading station to keep villagers on the same spot, with a job site block.

3. Place villagers inside, trade with them to lock down their profession.

4. On the opposite wall place down beds, and spawn free roaming villagers.

5. Input this command /tick rate 10000 to speed up time and observe.

Expected result;

Unemployed Villagers will remain unemployed due to job site blocks already being claimed by other Villagers with a locked in profession.

Actual result;

Unemployed Villagers will randomly claim already claimed job site blocks, making them employed, and making the previous owner unable to use it or refresh their trades.
