When opening the chat or typing a "/" command, Japanese input is forced.

The bug
If you want to type in English, you have to press the keyboard button to switch between English and Japanese every time you open the chat.

To reproduce

1. Open the chat or press "/" to start a command.

2. Start typing.

The chat should be updated to function as follows

• Open chat → Switch from English to Japanese (keyboard operation) → Type in Japanese → Send chat → Open a new chat → Resume with Japanese input.

• Open chat → Switch from Japanese to English (keyboard operation) → Type in English → Send chat → Open a new chat → Resume with English input.

• The default setting should be English input; it makes more sense for the user to switch it themselves.

• It is necessary to remember the last used language.

• It should be possible to switch between English and Japanese even when not typing in the chat, just like in older versions.

This bug occurs every time I open the chat or type a command. It is a very significant issue that should be fixed as a priority.
