When entering game in fullscreen or changing into fullscreen through settings, game breaks & screen freezes. Game becomes unplayable, menus still operable behind crashed screen.

AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor (4.20 GHz), 32.0 GB (31.1 GB usable) Installed Ram, 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

doesn’t happen to me, make sure you have up to date drivers, try ro reinstall minecraft or if you’re using mods, try to see if one of them is causing the issue

Can you record a video of the issue and upload it?
Can you provide logs and crash dumps? You can find them at %appdata%\.minecraft
Have you tried reinstalling the launcher and the Minecraft game? (Remember to create backup files before doing so.)
