As you get into a world, your framerate is always below 160 even if you PC set is set well. Sometimes, the game drops below 30 frames after moving or just click into video settings for unknown reasons.

The game is always limited to 160 frames, even if max framerate is unlimited and VSync is off. Sometimes the game's framerate drops below 30 frames (usually 22 or so) for unknown reason, even if the player's moving here and there.
