NVIDIA overlay is unable to show above the Minecraft window in Fullscreen mode

The bug:

The NVIDIA overlay no longer able to show above the Minecraft window in Fullscreen mode.

This issue only affects versions since 26.1-snapshot-8, so this may be due to the fact that since this version, full screen no longer uses exclusive mode.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable NVIDIA overlay.

2. Launch Minecraft in Fullscreen mode.

3. Open the overlay using Alt + Z.

Expected result:

The overlay will show above the Minecraft window.

Actual result:

The game will minimize and the overlay won’t show on the game window.
