When I open the pause menu, all elements from the debug screen still remain in their proper locations, in front of the menu. This additionally happens with my coordinates, which I have set to be pinned to my screen even when the debug screen is inactive. I believe that it should either be hidden or be blurred, as it causes interference with the menu making parts of it difficult (or impossible) to read. Here is a rundown of my graphics settings, just in case it may be important:
