Baby piglins appear clipped inside baby hoglins instead of sitting on top

When a baby piglin sits on a baby hoglin (which is a vanilla behavior you can naturally encounter), it is sitting inside the hoglin rather than on it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Find a hoglin jockey or summon it using /summon hoglin ~ ~ ~ {Age:-25000,NoAI:1,Passengers:[{id:piglin,IsBaby:1,NoAI:1}]}

2. Look at the baby piglin’s legs.

Expected Result:

The baby piglin is sitting inside the baby hoglin.

Actual Result:

The baby piglin should sit on the baby hoglin, as it did before 26.1 (https://minecraft.wiki/w/File:Hoglin_Jockey_JE1.png).
