I see the Upgrade and Play button, I use the Create a Back up and the backup is created successfully, but the process fails when trying to move my files. I’ve followed the instructions of restarting my computer a number of times. I tried yesterday and tried again today and it’s not working.
I would prefer not to restart the world I’ve been working on for the past 4 years. What else can be done? Any troubleshooting tips I can use to fix the issue?
