Baby zombie types do not extend their arms if there is an item in their main hand

Baby zombies, baby husks, baby drowned, baby zombie villagers, and baby zombified piglins all will not put their arms up/out if there is an item in their main hand, but will if both slots are empty or there is an item in the offhand.

This can be easily reproduced with the following commands:

/summon minecraft:zombie ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1,IsBaby:1,equipment:{mainhand:{id:"minecraft:dirt",count:1}}} - Bug

/summon minecraft:zombie ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1,IsBaby:1,equipment:{offhand:{id:"minecraft:dirt",count:1}}} - Working
