The IME candidate box sometimes does not appear

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the game and find any text input box;

2. Switch the IME to Chinese or Japanese; I am using the Microsoft IME here;

3. Type any text.

You will then notice that the candidate list has disappeared. Occasionally, it may not disappear for unknown reasons.

The provided images illustrate situations in which Chinese and Japanese IMEs can and cannot display candidates. All of these scenarios may occur simply by opening the game normally, without the need to adjust any settings.
