When opening a dialog box from the chat bar, the input method is not automatically disabled.

Execute the command:
/tellraw @s {text: 'test', click_event: {action: 'show_dialog', dialog: 'minecraft:quick_actions' }}

Open the dialog from the chat bar.

After the dialog opens, observe that the input method (I use Sogou Pinyin input method) does not automatically close.

执行命令：/tellraw @s {text: 'test', click_event: {action: 'show_dialog', dialog: 'minecraft:quick_actions' }}。

打开聊天栏中的对话框。

打开对话框后，可以发现输入法（我使用的是搜狗拼音输入法）没有自动关闭。
